Welcome to our Bilingual class. Bienvenidos a nuestra clase bilíngüe.
My name is Sofia Mantzoukis and I am the new bilingual teacher here at Big Hollow Primary and Elementary schools. I am very happy and proud that I am given the opportunity to work with your children. I have a Master’s degree in Bicultural/Bilingual Education and I have been teaching bilingual students for 18 years. I am an advocate of Bilingual education because I was a bilingual student myself. I believe in team work and a I know that if we team up our students will excel.
Mi nombre es Sofia Mantzoukis y soy la nueva maestra bilíngüe de la escuela primaria y la escuela elemental de Big Hollow. Me siento muy feliz y orgullosa que voy a tener la oportunidad de trabajar con sus hijos. Mi enfoque de studio en cuál tengo mi certificación de maestria es la educación bilíngüe y bicultural y llevo 18 años enseñando niños bilíngües. Creo en la educación bilíngüe porque yo fui una alumna bilíngüe. También creo en el trabajo de equipo y sé que si trabajamos juntos como equipo nuestros niños van a tener éxito en su studio.
